Booking Policy

POLICIES
-Tax is not included in these prices.
-Delivery and install fee is based on location.
-Free pickup is available at SG’s designated time and location.
-A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at time of booking along with a signed contract.
-It is not considered booked until the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.
-The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event or pickup.
-If you book 14 days or less in advance, the full amount is due at time of booking.
-If the theme is changed after booking, you may incur an additional fee.
-If you miss the date on the invoice, your date will become available to others.
